Wine Tastings at Mud Creek Coffee

The warm weather is finally here and it seems like everyone’s schedules are 10 times busier than normal, but I was able to find a date for the next wine tasting that would work. My rep Kay Bumby from L’eft Bank Wine Company will be here on Saturday evening, June 28th and the event will start at 7:30pm (new time).
Our last three wine tastings were sell-outs; so if you are considering attending, please sign up early. Also, because this is a “wine tasting event” I have to fill the seats with guests that will actually be tasting and purchasing wine first. But because this is a sensitive issue, if you do have a friend/spouse that wants to attend but doesn’t drink, I will need to charge them for the full cost of the event.
For those of you who recently added your name to our sign-up list, or if some thoughtful person passed this invitation your way, this is how the tastings work:
After everyone arrives and is seated, we will taste each wine as a group. Everyone will receive a “tasting notes sheet” so you can keep track of the different wines. My rep will give you some information about each wine and answer any questions you may have. We will typically start with whites and move into the reds. There will be an array of cheeses, sausages, crackers, fruit and dark chocolate for you to enjoy during the tasting as well. When we are finished tasting the line-up for the evening, I will hand out an order form. You will have the opportunity to mix and match any of the wines that you tasted. You can order any of the wines by the bottle or you can order a case if you would like. We certainly won’t argue. We also offer a 5% discount on 6-11 bottles of your choice and 10% off of any 12 or more. (Pick-up will be the following week.)
